Belinda has been with our office since 2005 and specializes in residential and rural property sales.
Many of Belinda’s clients are repeat customers, having bought and sold with her multiple times over the years, a testament to her “clients come first” approach.

Belinda grew up in Central West NSW and relocated to the coast with her husband Jeremy to raise their family. She has been involved in many community groups including the Narooma Junior Rugby League Executive Committee, Narooma Primary School Breakfast Club, Fundraising for Cancer Council’s Biggest Morning Tea and Relay for Life.
When she is not in the office Belinda enjoys baking, textile arts, spending time in the surrounding State Forest’s and National Parks as well as camping and four-wheel driving.
‘Bell’ as we fondly know her is our absolute legend cake baker and her famous birthday cakes make a regular appearance on the Ben Bate Real Estate social media pages.
